We are promoting the development of highly sensitive virus sensing using graphene FET. By modifying the graphene surface with antibodies, influenza viruses and new coronaviruses can be selectively detected in a short time, easily, and with high sensitivity. Furthermore, we developed a method to obtain high sensitivity by using positively charged poly-L-lysine to cancel out the negative charges on the graphene surface and modulate the graphene surface potential.
