We attempted to improve thermoelectric conversion properties by immersing CNT spun yarn produced by a dry spinning method in chlorosulfonic acid (CSA), a p-type dopant agent, after conducting an electric heating treatment. The highest power factor of 3012 μW/mK2 was recorded after the CSA immersion (30 seconds) after the current heating (3300 K, 3 seconds). The highest Power Factor of 3012 μW/mK2 was recorded by double doping of CSA-treated CNT spun yarn with N-DMBI, an n-type dopant material.
