triple-cation perovskite,bar-coating method

We fabricated a triple-cation perovskite film using the bar-coating method and investigated the effect of substrate temperature variation on film properties and solar cell performance. When the film was fabricated at a substrate temperature of 100 °C, a balanced transition region between solution coating and evaporation shifted to the lower side compared to the case at 150 °C, resulting in a reduction in film thickness. The formed film exhibited voids between domains in the transition region, while a complete covering film was formed in the evaporation region. Solar cells fabricated at a substrate temperature of 100 °C, particularly those with a coating speed of 0.3 mm/s, demonstrated excellent photoelectric conversion efficiency.
