We fabricated SWCNT besed chipless RFID tgas for widespread use of the RFID tags and measured radar cross section (RCS) responses. The sheet resistance of the SWCNT films was 0.5 ohm/sq. and that of the film thickness was approximately 6 µm. The measured RCS responses of the tags were obtained over 8 dB, indicating that is sufficient for identifying the binary code. Therefore, we demonstrated that SWCNT-based tags operated successfully as chipless RFID tags.
