To realize a device for analyzing chemical reactions at the solid/liquid interface, a three-electrode measurement system using a SERS structure as the working electrode was formed by a simple fabrication method using Al hydroxide, Boehmite. Cyclic voltammetry of copper(II) acetate was also measured using this system. We succeeded in detecting the formation process of copper oxide, which could not be measured with a smooth electrode, and succeeded in detecting the chemical reaction process with high sensitivity while controlling the redox reaction.
