In this paper, poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) is used as the polymer stamp, and organic homojunction transistors are fabricated by continuous deposition of poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT), a polymer semiconductor, on a surface treated substrate by the push-coating method. The effects of substrate surface treatment on thin film deposition and device characteristics were investigated.
