The intensity and polarity of terahertz (THz) waves emitted from spintronic devices depend on the strength and direction of the applied magnetic field. In our previous presentation, we reported on the improvement of THz wave detection efficiency using alternating current magnetic field bias. At this time, it was observed that the amplitude dependence of the radiated THz wave on the strength of magnetic field had already begun to saturate at 2 mT. Therefore, in this study, we report the results of quantitative evaluation of the bias-strength dependence of magnetic field for spintronic devices.
