The effect of the pulsed laser deposition (PLD) laser fluence, i.e. the kinetic energy of the ablation species on the interface defect density and the transport characteristics on γ-Al2O3/SrTiO3 heterostructure is investigated with the help of the Maekawa-Fukuyama (MF) model. The effect of the laser fluence on the elastic, inelastic, and spin-orbit scattering lifetimes of these heterostructures will be presented.
