It has been confirmed that due to differences in crystallization conditions, the magnetic and electrical behavior of a material differs significantly in spite of the same composition, and regions with different compositions are generated at the substrate interface and the thin film surface. In this study, we used XRD, XPS, and VSM to investigate the effect of changing film formation conditions on the magnetic phase transition temperature. As a result, it was confirmed that magnetization remained even below 223K by layered deposition film.
