In recent years, AI robots have been developed using deep learning and other techniques. However, there are cases in which the robot grips an object too tightly or drops it. As a countermeasure, a system that detects anomalies and controls the gripping force, for example, is being developed. In this study, we aimed to develop a system to control the gripping force of fragile objects by detecting the precursor phenomenon of breakage, using a physical reservoir utilizing the internal electric field created by Ag+ ions moving in the Ag2S island.
