We are developing a pulse laser generation method using a new cavity dump based on the ultra-low-loss properties of gas optical elements. At first, we prepare a spherical resonator, which has ozone mixed gas laminar flow area at the beam waist. Second, CW 1μm lasers is intrduced and accumulated in side this cavity. When the intensity inside the resonator reaches a certain level, we fire the ultraviolet laser to switch out the light from the cavity. The extracted light is detected with a photodiode located in the diffraction drection. We report the results of the POP experiment and evaluate the operational characteristics of this method based on its output properties and changes in resonator intensity.
