This study investigates the structure of self-assembled peptides that act as the signal transduction interface in graphene biosensors and their modulation of graphene's electrical properties. Specifically, we observe the surface structure at the molecular level using high-resolution atomic force microscopy and perform molecular dynamics calculations based on the observed structures. By integrating the molecular-level structural data with the results from graphene FET electrical measurements, we aim to elucidate the electronic interactions between peptides and graphene at a molecular level, based on these observations.
