Measurement of radon gas in the ground and in the atmosphere has been conducted for some time. The purpose of this study is to utilize the fact that radon in the ground is released into the atmosphere due to stress changes in the ground for the purpose of earthquake prediction. In this study, as a preliminary step for earthquake prediction, two parameters were extracted from the observed data to obtain correlations between radon concentrations in the ground and the atmosphere, temperature, and pressure.
