A porous anodic alumina (PAA) film with the homogeneous nanohole array structure is formed by anodization of Al and the pore size is controlled by an anodic potential. A PAA film has a potential of a size-controllable and homogeneous nanobubules generation filter. In this study, we investigate uniformity in cell size of a PAA film at the center and the edge of the anodization region. We demonstrate that the uniformity at the edge is better.
