Until now, the methods for realizing high-Q nanowire cavities have been to introduce them into a 2D photonic crystal [1,2] and directly implement nanostructures on nanowires [3]. In this study, we optimized the structure of a Si nanowire array configuration using a novel inverse design method with the future intention of integrating III-V group nanowires in the center and estimated the cavity.
