Because glass has excellent physical properties, it is attracting attention as a material for next-generation substrates, and is particularly expected to be used in applications such as wireless communications. However, since glass is a brittle material, cracks are likely to occur starting from minute cracks. In order to suppress the above-mentioned cracks, we took measures to form a structure in which the glass was not directly cut during individualization. Furthermore, we report the results of developing a high-frequency filter substrate using the countermeasure structure.
