Our group uses Kelvin Probe Force Microscopy (KPFM) to simultaneously observe surface topography images and surface potential images of nano-flake graphene (Graphene Nano-Flake: GNF). In this study, we use a method to derive the work function image directly from the surface potential image obtained by KPFM measurement, and to derive the carrier density for each single layer and laminated region from comparison with the surface unevenness image. As a result, we obtained a carrier density mapping image of the entire GNF, which we report here.
