Metal surfaces with numerous nanopores are expected to have various applications, such as highly efficient catalysts by increasing surface area and chemical sensors by surface plasmon excitation. In this study, we aim to expand the processing area of the Ag surface nanoporous process by high-density hydrogen plasma. Therefore, the influence of the shape and material of the plasma-generating electrode on the nano-porous behavior of the Ag surface was investigated, and the SERS effect on the Ag surface obtained with each electrode was also verified.
