p-toluenesulfonic acid (PTSA) addition dependence of metalized electrical conduction on poly(3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene) (PEDOT) with PTSA supported on PET fibers was investigated. As a result, with increasing the amount of PTSA, the benzoid structure of PEDOT changed to a quinoid structure, the relaxation frequency increased, and the sheet resistivity decreased. It was considered that the addition of PTSA contributed to the improvement of carrier mobility of PEDOT.
