Recently, we have developed in-situ monitoring system for crystal growth of transition metal dichalcogenide (TMD) and its Janus reaction. Non-classical nucleation process of single crystal TMD, high-quality synthesis of Janus TMD, and fabrication of novel Janus TMD have been realized through the our unique in-situ monitoring processing.
