[24p-1BJ-5]Growth and Structure of Group 14 Post-Graphene Materials

〇Junji Yuhara1 (1.Nagoya Univ.)

Keywords:

germanene,stanene,plumbene

In recent years, there has been a growing anticipation for the growth of novel two-dimensional materials, combining the high-performance properties of graphene and a band gap, by substituting the carbon atoms in graphene with other elements from the 14th group. This expectation has led to increased research activity in the synthesis of post-graphene materials. In this presentation, I will introduce several unique methods for the growth of these materials [1–11].
