次世代リチウムイオン電池負極材向けSiナノ粒子のRFプラズマスプレーによる製造に向けて，回収粒子への10µm以上の粗粒混入抑止およびナノ粒子の粒径均一化を狙い，RFプラズマ装置内に軸流型サイクロンを設置した実験結果を報告し，熱流体解析を用いた考察を行う．
