Recently, various emerging memories including MRAM have been developed as embedded non-volatile memory for MCUs, and some of them have started mass production. This presentation will review the trends of embedded MRAM IP development for MCUs. Measurement results of high-temperature read and high-speed write circuit technology for STT-MRAM will be presented using the developed IP. In addition, prospects for MRAM and other emerging memories will be discussed.
