量子ドット（QD）の作製技術の発展により，高い光ルミネッセンス量子収率を有するつコア/シェル QD の合成が可能になった．本研究では，InP コア/シェルQD の電子状態に歪みが与える影響を原子価力場（VFF）モデルと経験的強束縛近似法（TB）とを用いて調べた．
