[25a-1BC-4]Observation of charge behavior in organic light-emitting diodes by vibrational and electronic sum-frequency generation spectroscopy

In this study, two types of sum-frequency generation (SFG) spectroscopy were used to observe charge behavior in organic light-emitting diodes. In the vibrational SFG measurements, we focused on the C=C stretching region while applying voltage to the OLED device. As a result, two peaks originating from NPD were identified. The peak intensities increase with applied voltage, indicating that charge accumulation occurs at the NPD interface. We also discuss the analysis of charge behavior by electronic SFG measurements.
