In a magnetic flux concentrator (MFC), the magnetic flux distribution at the magnetic sensor section is non-uniform due to the presence of magnetic domains. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the magnetic domain structure of the MFC. However, micromagnetic simulations cannot calculate the magnetic domain structure due to the limited size of the simulation model. Therefore, it is necessary to observe the magnetic domain structure experimentally. On the other hand, simultaneous measurement of longitudinal and transverse Kerr is effective for obtaining magnetization vector information. In this presentation, we report the results of measurements on permalloy patterns of the same composition as MFC.
