NV center

In order to apply diamond NV centers to sensors, it is a challenge to two-dimensionally control the charge state of NV-, which is a negatively charged state. In this study, we attempted two-dimensional charge control by depositing ITO film on the surface of the diamond substrate on which the ensemble NV centers were formed. As a result of measuring and comparing the fluorescence spectra directly under the film and near the film, it was found that the proportion of NV- was higher directly under the film. The proportion increased further when voltage was applied to the film.
