Although there have been attempts to place particles between two terminal electrodes by manipulation under scanning electron microscope observation for the purpose of evaluating the electrical properties of single particles, it was difficult to adjust the distance between the electrodes to match the size of the particles.In this study, the electrodes with the oblique edge structure were used to easily place the particles between the electrodes without being limited by the size of the particles.
