The diatar, a new type of transistor consisting only of a solar cell and a high-luminance LED, has the greatest advantage that its output can be increased as much as possible simply by increasing the light-receiving area of the solar cell and the number of LEDs accordingly, making it possible to produce a kW-class or even MW-class ultra high-power transistor. However, such high-power distar requires special heat dissipation measures. In this study, we have devised a new type of amplification device called a light-reflective distar that can easily dissipate heat.
