To assist people with motor dysfunctions, we propose the novel principle of brain-machine interface based on somatosensory EEG. When subjects consciously attended one finger in stimulated two fingers, the difference in the EEG response between the match and not-match in positions of attention and stimulation was detected using SVM classification (61% in accuracy). And, based on the classification result, opening and closing movement of a robot finger was succsesfully controled.
