Due to the absence of an atmosphere and geomagnetic field on the Moon, radiation exposure to astronauts is a major concern, particularly from high-energy galactic cosmic rays. Our research group is developing Lunar-RICheS, a detector capable of measuring protons in the energy range of 15 MeV to 2 GeV. In this presentation, we report on the development status of the high-energy measurement component: a compact imaging Cherenkov spectrometer.
