We theoretically investigated the effect of valley splitting on the readout process of spin qubits constructed in a three-QD system, aiming at future two-dimensional qubit arrays. In the small valley splitting region and large valley splitting region, we found the parameter region where more than a hundred readouts are expected. In particular, increased mixing of the resonant energy levels enhances the nonlinearity of the current ID and improves the readout in the small valley region.
