In this study, electron spin resonance (ESR) measurements during device operation were applied to organic transistors with structural isomers of organic semiconductors. This technique enables microscopic observation of charge behavior in organic semiconductor thin films. In this study, we clarify the effects of the two structural isomers on microscopic properties such as the amount of charge injection and distribution in the devices.
