Keywords:
inverted perovskite solar cells,self-assembled monolayer
A self-assembled monolayer (SAM) were used for the hole transport layer of an inverted perovskite solar cell. MeO-2PACz and 2PACz were used as the SAM, and the two were mixed and applied to an ITO (indium tin oxide) film to measure the ionization energy and solar cell efficiency. The SAM mixture ratio at which efficiency is maximized was clarified, due to the trade-off between the deepening of the ITO/SAM work function caused by increasing the concentration of 2PACz and the deepening of the SAM ionization energy.
