In this study, we evaluated the effect of the composition ratio of PEDOT:PSS used in the hole transport layer on the characteristics of multi-cation perovskite solar cells, which are attracting attention as next-generation solar cells. By comparing devices fabricated with various PEDOT:PSS composition ratios and spin-coating rotation speeds, it was found that increasing the PSS ratio and reducing the rotation speed improved the open-circuit voltage. This is attributed to the matching of the work function of PEDOT:PSS with the HOMO level of the perovskite, as well as improved charge transport efficiency due to reduced film thickness.
