In this study, we introduced a simple and easy light-emitting device structure using electrolytes and fabricated a van der Waals hetero light-emitting device. Particularly, we first stacked chemically vapor-grown WSe2 and WS2 with a small twist angle, and then fabricated the light-emitting device using an ion-gel mixed with an ionic liquid and a polymer. Finally, we evaluated the current-voltage characteristics and light-emitting properties of this hetero-device.
