Accurate visualization of beam range and trajectory in particle therapy is essential for detecting misalignment in the irradiation position and improving treatment precision. In this study, we developed a non-invasive beam imaging system using secondary electron bremsstrahlung (SEB), combining a TOFPET2 ASIC with a segmented GAGG:Ce scintillator in a pinhole X-ray camera. Experiments at Gunma University confirmed changes in beam projection images depending on degrader thickness, time resolution sufficient to resolve ~5 ms structures, and high count-rate performance exceeding 30 kcps.
