In this study, we investigated the physical properties of the Ti3C2Tx -MXene electrodes patterned by spincoating of MXene diluted solutions with a stencil mask. MXene was synthesised by the MILD strategies. The solution was prepared by dispersion of the 0.1 g dried MXene flakes into 2 mL solvent (IPA or H2O).The MXene electrodes were formed by spincoating of the prepared solutions onto grass substrates. The c-axis orientation was obsserved from the x-ray diffraction patterns of the deposited Ti3C2Tx -MXene.
