[7a-N202-4] Doping of transition metals in titanium dioxide nanostructured thin films by the MOD method

MOD法により、酸化チタンの前駆体溶液に4種の遷移金属(V, Mn, Co, Cu)を添加したナノ構造薄膜を成膜・評価した。XRD分析により、無置換およびV, Cu置換の薄膜試料は、アナターゼ構造を示し、Mn, Co置換の薄膜試料はアナターゼ構造とルチル構造の混晶を示した。加えて、XPS分析やラマン分光分析、STEM-EDX分析などの分光分析により、酸化チタンのTiサイトへの元素置換の状態を詳細に検討した。またセンサデバイスへの応用などについて議論する。
