To activate the immune system of an organism, it is necessary to irradiate plasma to the immune network consisting of multiple immune cells and cytokines, which are intercellular signaling molecules. In this study, we clarify the changes in the activity of immune cells when plasma is applied to the coexistence system of immune macrophages and cytokines (IFN-γ). As a result of irradiation with atmospheric oxygen plasma, the number of macrophage cells increased up to 1.4 times, indicating the possibility of plasma immunotherapy.
