<!--StartFragment-->In this study, to investigate the possibility of removing space debris using an electron beam, we analyzed the behavior of electrons in ionospheric plasma using Monte Carlo simulations of electron scattering. We modeled the elastic collisions of irradiated electrons with oxygen atoms and oxygen ions, as well as the excitation of electrons in the plasma and the impact ionization of oxygen atoms as stochastic processes using various cross sections. We analyzed the attenuation and scattering of the electron beam, assuming that the debris is located 100 km away.<!--EndFragment-->
