In this study, we carried out molecular dynamics analysis of the thermal conductivity, phonon density of states, and dispersion relation of the effects of vacancy defects and bridges formed by electron beam modification of bilayer graphene on thermal properties. We used simulations to reproduce a graphene structure in which defects were stochastically generated at a certain rate by imparting momentum through electron beam irradiation, and investigated the thermal transport properties, such as the phonon dispersion relation, of the obtained structure. We were able to show the difference in thermal properties depending on the type of defect structure.
