With the widespread adoption of IoT, there is an increasing demand for low-power and sustainable power sources. In this context, environmental energy harvesting through thermoelectric conversion has attracted significant attention. In this study, single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) were combined with cationic surfactants and various solvents to fabricate n-type SWCNT thin films. The thermoelectric performance of the resulting films was evaluated based on their Seebeck coefficient and electrical conductivity.
