In this study, we investigated the growth process of organic molecules on transition metal dichalcogenides using atomic force microscopy. We identified differences in growth modes depending on factors such as the type of organic molecule, the number of flake layers, and the deposition rate. In addition, we fabricated field-effect transistors and plan to examine the correlation between thin-film structure and transport properties. Results from micro-Raman spectroscopy and photoluminescence spectroscopy are also reported.
