Heterostructures made by stacking different transition metal dichalcogenide (TMDC) thin films have attracted much attention as materials with novel physical properties. We fabricated heterostructures consisting of molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) and tungsten diselenide (WSe2) thin films, known as TMDCs, and investigated their optical properties using Raman spectroscopy and photoluminescence measurements.
