Currently, the total amount of data in the world is increasing year by year. As a result, DNA storage is attracting as a new information recording technology that can store large amounts of data for long periods of time. In this study, we develop a new method that combines DNA coding using peptide nucleic acids with reading using nanopore measurement. When demonstrated with 3 bits, secondary blockade current levels occurred at the "1" bit position, and the stored data could be successfully read. In the future, we plan to expand this to 5 bits and store character.
