フリースタンディング超伝導薄膜は、基板の影響を受けずに材料本来の性質を評価できるため、ひずみや異方性、輸送特性の理解に役立ち、デバイス応用の柔軟性も高い。本研究では、水に溶けるSr₃Al₂O₆を犠牲層として用いたGdBa₂Cu₃O_7-δ薄膜を作製し、脱イオン水によるエッチングが薄膜に与える影響を評価した。
