Tin perovskites have attracted attention as a light-absorbing layer of printable solar cells with low environmental impact. In this study, we developed a deposition method for tin perovskite thin films using a vacuum quenching method and a coordination additive. This method enables the fabrication of dense tin perovskite thin films regardless of the size and hydrophilicity of the substrate. In this presentation, the mechanism of film formation and the tin perovskite solar cells and modules fabricated using this deposition method will be reported in detail.
