Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) are promising for next-generation solar energy. But contain toxic Pb and costly metals, requiring effective recycling for social implementation. In this study, encapsulated PET-based PSCs were treated with acid to dissolve metals, followed by solid-phase extraction using a metal adsorbent. This process enabled complete recovery of toxic Pb and selective separation of valuable metals like Au and In.
