We investigated a high-temperature-annealing-free fabrication process using aqueous titanium tetrachloride (TiCl4) solution as a highly reactive, inorganic alternative to conventional organic titanium precursors. The influence of annealing temperature and ambient humidity during film formation was systematically evaluated in terms of the crystallinity and surface morphology of the resulting TiO2 films, as well as the performance of the fabricated perovskite solar cell devices.
